SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Our products are made to order. We currently ship only within the continental United States. Production generally takes 2–5 business days. Shipping time is additional and varies by product and destination. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Items in the same order may arrive separately.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our apparel, mugs, posters, and framed prints are made to order.

Wrong Size or Change of Mind
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for incorrect sizes selected by the customer, color preferences, or change of mind. Please review the product details and size chart before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 14 days of delivery if your item arrives broken, damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. Include photos of damaged packaging if available. After review, we will arrange a replacement or refund for the affected item if the issue is confirmed, at no additional cost.

Missing Orders
Contact us within 14 days after the estimated delivery date if your package has not arrived.

Changes & Cancellations
Changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed and are unavailable once production begins. Additional shipping charges may apply if you provide an incorrect address or leave a package unclaimed.
